We are looking for energetic, passionate, and caring nurses who are committed to working a minimum of 24-32 hr.'s a week providing quality clinical services to residents in various settings in the community.

Position Overview:

Patient care is delivered in accordance to the scope of the nursing guidlines and maintain the standards of the community health practice.
Skilled nursing care is provided in the form of assessment, teaching, treatment, documentation and care coordination demonstrating high quality customer service.

Requirements:

Must be able to work 11PM-7AM and occatioanl weekends.
The RN/LPN we are looking for fully Covid Vaccinated nurses and be able to work in the home setting and facilities such as Assisted Living, SNF, and Hospitals.
Our candidates will build a relationship with staff, residents, and their families in all the places they may be working in.
We offer blocked shift times in some of the facilities we partner with.
Care of the elderly is our most valued service.
Assisting and caring for the memory impaired clients.
Our goal is to support the resident's overall physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
