About the Job
We are looking for energetic, passionate, and caring nurses who are committed to working a minimum of 24-32 hr.'s a week providing quality clinical services to residents in various settings in the community.
Position Overview:

- Patient care is delivered in accordance to the scope of the nursing guidlines and maintain the standards of the community health practice.
- Skilled nursing care is provided in the form of assessment, teaching, treatment, documentation and care coordination demonstrating high quality customer service.
Requirements:
- Must be able to work 11PM-7AM and occatioanl weekends.
- The RN/LPN we are looking for fully Covid Vaccinated nurses and be able to work in the home setting and facilities such as Assisted Living, SNF, and Hospitals.
- Our candidates will build a relationship with staff, residents, and their families in all the places they may be working in.
- We offer blocked shift times in some of the facilities we partner with.
- Care of the elderly is our most valued service.
- Assisting and caring for the memory impaired clients.
- Our goal is to support the resident's overall physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
